Please read this End User License Agreement("Agreement") carefully before downloading or using Network Map Application ("Application") operated by PINE IT CONSULTANTS ("us", "we", or "our").

User Agreement: By downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you disagree with whole or any part of the terms of this Agreement, do not download or use the Application.

Intellectual Property Rights: The "application" and all related trademarks, logos, software source code and other related documents are the intellectual property of PINE IT CONSULTANTS and shall remain our exclusive property. Your right to use the Application and its content "as available" is non-exclusive, non-sublicenseable and non-transferable and stands valid only when your subscription of usage is valid and within limits. Any copying, republication or redistribution of the Application or any of its content is strictly prohibited.

Misuse of Service or Content: You must not misuse the Services, Software, or content that we provide to you or content that you generate using/through the Services. For example, you must not: copy, modify, host, stream, sublicense, or resell the Services, Software, or content; enable or allow others to use the Service, Software, or content using your account information; use the content or Software included in the Services to construct any kind of database; keep/ publish any idea/data that is against the law of the country in any means; access or attempt to access the Services/data by any means other than the interface we provided or authorized.

Term and Termination: This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or PINE IT CONSULTANTS. PINE IT CONSULTANTS may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice. This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from PINE IT CONSULTANTS, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement or fail to hold the subscription live. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your mobile and any other hand held devices or other forms of the devices. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device or any other devices as applicable. Doing so, we are not liable to compensate you in any way under any circumstances.

Liability: PINE IT CONSULTANTS is no way liable to any kind of loss /damage due to the use of this application/service in any circumstances.

Modifications to Application: PINE IT CONSULTANTS reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

Amendments to this Agreement: PINE IT CONSULTANTS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time.
